Job Title: Sales Manager

Reports To: CEO

Direct Reports: Sales Team

Job Overview:

The Sales Manager will lead and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and expand market share for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
3. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
4. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
5. Reporting: Track sales performance and report on KPIs to senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2. Experience: 3 years in sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
