The Alliances & Partnership Manager objective is to drive the development and execution of partnership and alliance strategies, identifying key partnership opportunities and areas that serve both corporates and startups. This includes conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform decisions, negotiating partnership agreements, and fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners.

Qualifications / Minimum Level of Education
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Specific Requirements
Experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com) would be a plus.
Experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
A highly goal-oriented, assertive, hands-on problem solver.
The ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred No. of Years of Relevant Experience
5-10 years of total post-qualification experience.
System Skills, Licensing, Language, or Certification that are / could be helpful
Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to speak in front of an audience as and when deemed necessary. Arabic is a plus.
Excellent skills in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Nature of Interactions / Scale of Operations or Management
Internal: Managing Director, CEO, Group Level Managers, and Colleagues.
External: Partners.
Always available on call and emails even during holidays.

Working Patterns / Working Location / Travel Requirements
Full-time (8 hours, 5 working days).
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
