Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager Leisure to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the leisure industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the leisure market.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet individual and collective goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences in the CIS region.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws in target markets.
  • Manage the sales budget and optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in the leisure industry with a focus on the CIS market.
  • Excellent knowledge of CIS market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business practices.
  • Fluency in English and Russian; additional CIS languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel frequently to CIS countries as required.
