Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Division Setup and Management: Establish and lead the Trading Division, focusing on generator sales for the UAE and Middle Eastern markets.
  2. Sales Strategy Execution: Utilize an existing network and industry knowledge to kick-start the division, achieving sales targets from month one.
  3. Lead Generation and Conversion: Actively identify and convert new leads into sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new market segments within the Middle East.
  5. Target Achievement: Drive and manage performance to meet division-specific sales targets. Sales commission is tied to actual targets achieved.
  6. Division Oversight: Oversee all operational aspects of the division, ensuring smooth execution and high performance.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in generator sales, specifically in the UAE or Middle Eastern region.
  2. Sales Acumen: Strong background in sales and business development with proven ability to meet sales targets.
  3. Contacts and Network: Existing relationships within the industry to facilitate immediate business generation.
  4. Leadership: Self-motivated and capable of managing the division independently.
