Job Title: Sales Manager International Trading (Generator Sales)

Job Location: UAE (with focus on local and Middle East market)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to set up and lead the Trading Division for generator sales, targeting both the local UAE and Middle Eastern markets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of at least 5 years in a similar role within this region and should be able to leverage existing contacts to drive immediate sales. This is a target-driven role with a strong emphasis on achieving results from the first month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Division Setup and Management: Establish and lead the Trading Division, focusing on generator sales for the UAE and Middle Eastern markets.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Utilize an existing network and industry knowledge to kick-start the division, achieving sales targets from month one.
• Lead Generation and Conversion: Actively identify and convert new leads into sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new market segments within the Middle East.
• Target Achievement: Drive and manage performance to meet division-specific sales targets. Sales commission is tied to actual targets achieved.
• Division Oversight: Oversee all operational aspects of the division, ensuring smooth execution and high performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in generator sales, specifically in the UAE or Middle Eastern region.
• Sales Acumen: Strong background in sales and business development with proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Contacts and Network: Existing relationships within the industry to facilitate immediate business generation.
• Leadership: Self-motivated and capable of managing the division independently.
