Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HoReCa Sales Manager with a strong background in the food industry to lead and drive sales growth across the UAE. The role requires developing and nurturing relationships with HoReCa clients (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes), managing key accounts, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company's presence in the HoReCa segment across the UAE.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within the food service industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring profitable partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities tailored to the HoReCa segment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure timely delivery and coordination of orders, working closely with the supply chain and operations teams.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
  • Train and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 10 + years in sales, specifically within the HoReCa segment of the food industry in the UAE.
  • Strong network and relationships with hotels, restaurants, and cafes in the region.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE as required.
