One of our clients, a company specializing in Trading and Contracting, is currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager for a position based in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth. Oversee and coordinate sales activities in the UAE, the Gulf region, and export markets. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for heavy equipment spare parts.
Customer & Market Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position our products effectively. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and optimizing pricing strategies.
Team & Operations Oversight: Supervise and guide the sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets and follow best practices. Monitor and analyze sales performance, generating reports and insights for senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, sales laws, and industry regulations.
Financial & Performance Management: Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring timely collection of payments. Monitor pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market. Provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in aftermarket spare parts for heavy equipment.
Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities. Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills. In-depth understanding of heavy equipment spare parts, pricing, and demand. Familiarity with sales laws, export regulations, and logistics.
