Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales & BD Manager to drive sales growth in our HR and technology solutions division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new business, and nurturing client relationships to ensure continued success and growth.
Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets with a thorough competitors analysis, strong product knowledge, identification of target markets, and demand analysis.
Assist with client onboarding, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of our products.
Provide feedback from clients to internal teams in a systematic way, and assist internal teams to develop and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new clients, ensuring full adoption of our solution.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR consultancy or related industries in UAE.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
