Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for group and leisure segments.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities within the group and leisure markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders to promote the hotel's offerings.
Prepare and present customized proposals and contracts for groups, ensuring that all client requirements are met.
Negotiate pricing terms and conditions with clients to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
Organize and participate in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
Work closely with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and market analysis. Provide regular reports to the Director of Sales/Assistant Director of Sales on performance metrics.
Mentor and train junior sales staff as needed, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on groups and leisure.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems.
