Identify new business opportunities through market research, client prospecting, and industry networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions to clients.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate rates and contracts with clients.
Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Skills
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and business development in the freight forwarding/logistics industry in the UAE.
Strong understanding of air, sea, and land freight solutions, customs regulations, and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Existing client portfolio and strong network in the UAE logistics sector is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
