Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our freight forwarding client base across the UAE and international markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, client prospecting, and industry networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate rates and contracts with clients.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Skills

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and business development in the freight forwarding/logistics industry in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of air, sea, and land freight solutions, customs regulations, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Existing client portfolio and strong network in the UAE logistics sector is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
