Job Description
Sales Communication & Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote cement and slag products.
- Maintain and build relationships with current clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and target new customers, expanding the company’s customer base.
Sales Enhancement:
- Work towards increasing sales through various channels, ensuring the growth of business revenue.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
Client Follow-Up & Relationship Management:
- Regularly follow up with existing customers for orders, feedback, and product inquiries.
- Provide high-level customer service, ensuring that clients’ needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Payment & Credit Control:
- Follow up on pending payments, ensuring timely collection from clients.
- Liaise with the finance department to track accounts and resolve any payment issues.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Conduct research on market demand, pricing, and competitor products to provide insights.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: Proven experience in sales within the cement or slag industry, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with customers and partners effectively.
- Knowledge of market trends and competition within the cement industry.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
Education: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field would be an advantage.
Languages: Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages would be a plus.
