Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Sales Manager (Europe & CIS Market) at DHE: DH Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Financial Responsibilities:
    • Achieve departmental revenue, footfall and per cap objectives.
    • Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
    • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
  • Operational Responsibilities:
    • Working on account management plans with Sales teams.
    • Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
    • Attending weekly meetings with other senior members of the business.
  • Business Planning:
    • Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
    • Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
    • Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
    • Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences.
  • People Management:
    • Ensure that productivity and service delivery of the department is improved on a continuous basis.
    • Ensure fiscal targets (B2B Budgets) are achieved and reduce B2B expenses when possible.
    • Explore products and new business opportunities that support a significant potential of revenue growth to support the business & ensure business excellence.
    • Employee Satisfaction.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (required).
  • Arabic and Russian language skills (desired).
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and report on activities.
  • Experience in helping to achieve business goals and objectives for the sales department.
  • Commitment to contributing to a healthy, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Ability to monitor and manage the segment's expense budget.
  • Experience working across internal departments to ensure synergies and execution efficiencies.
  • Adherence to corporate policies across all levels, including HR, legal, procurement, and general management.
  • Experience managing CRM systems and communication processes.
