Sales Manager (Enterprise Software)

Position: Sales Manager (Enterprise)

Nature of work: The individual is responsible for managing business in the Enterprise vertical.

Qualification and Experience:

1. MBA and/or engineer with specialization in marketing from an institute of repute.
2. 10+ years of software solutions sales experience in the Enterprise vertical.

Skill Set Required:

1. Strong track record of selling high ticket value-based software solutions.
2. Good understanding of Enterprise solutions.
3. Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition.
4. Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies.
5. Strong account management and business acumen.
6. Experience of working with SIs/Partners on large and complex deals.
7. Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis.
8. Leading and building a team of highly motivated and skilled sales professionals and monitoring their performance.
9. Excellent relationships at the CXO level of customer organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue generation from new accounts.
2. Participate in business planning and execute the strategy to expand the customer base in the Enterprise vertical.
3. Constantly qualify and build new opportunities/prospects with the team.
4. Accurately forecast and execute booking, billing, and collection figures.
5. Positioning of the company’s products and solutions.
6. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
7. Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in the Enterprise segment.
8. Competition analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and achieving market share metrics.
9. Enable the team through knowledge sharing on domain, technology, and customer-centric solutions.
