Sales Manager - Dried Fruit & Nuts - Guildhall

Guildhall is representing a fast-growing, mission-led brand within the premium snack space. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a passionate UAE Sales Manager to drive their specialty and corporate sales across the region. This role will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to support growth and build strong relationships in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to implement a comprehensive sales strategy for increased market presence.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities for the brand within the UAE.
3. Maintain and strengthen relationships with retail buyers and existing grocery accounts.
4. Build and sustain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
5. Track sales performance, analyze data, and adjust sales strategies to meet business objectives.
6. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and represent the brand effectively to external stakeholders.
7. Travel across the UAE to meet with potential clients and drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-6 years of experience in a sales role within the luxury or premium retail industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate between internal teams and external clients.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a flexible team environment.
