Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team works to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

Partner with the Best

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating best in class sales process/behaviors for various digital solutions applicable to Baker Hughes Rotating Equipment and other non-OEM assets.
  • Deploying the principles of Key Account Management for growth and to safeguard the existing business.
  • Working with other business units to hunt and close enterprise digital deals.
  • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
  • Working closely with the Regional Services Sales Team to position digital solutions as part of the broader services offering.
  • Handling big or challenging markets or multi-country.

Fuel Your Passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree.
  • Have 8+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling technical products or solutions.
  • Have knowledge of Oil and Gas industry trends.
  • Have knowledge of rotating equipment.
  • Have a results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.
  • Display the ability to take ownership, execute and shape results in a global-matrix organization.
