Responsible for creating and implementing the business strategy for desalination across the region (UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and other export markets)
Lead the pre-sales process by developing strong relationships with leading EPCs, contractors, and engineering companies, positioning GF as the preferred flow solutions partner in the desalination industry.
Consult companies on material choice, specification possibilities, and GF's on-site manufacturing capabilities.
Manage early-phase projects together with local sales companies, ensuring optimal results for GF Piping Systems.
Oversee GF’s product offerings in the desalination market, identify gaps, and circulate innovative solutions throughout the organization.
Stay updated on the market situation including economic indicators and competitor trends to aid market analysis and provide insights.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to establish pricing strategies.
In collaboration with the Product Manager and the Marketing team, participate in customer trainings, seminars, and exhibitions to showcase our product offering to the market.
Your profile
Engineering Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience specifically in the desalination/water treatment sector, with an established network and a few years in a senior sales role.
Extensive knowledge of desalination plant and water treatment topics.
Strong verbal and presentation skills, including analytical and interpersonal skills.
Passion to build relationships and the ability to inspire institutions, decision-makers, and stakeholders with your ideas.
Experienced in value selling with the ability to technically sell our offering.
