Job Summary: We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals to join our team as a Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your designated area, ensuring extraordinary levels of customer service and creative solutions for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a comprehensive portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional client servicing to achieve targets and maximize productivity.
Develop and execute all sales objectives and action plans to consistently reach and exceed established targets.
Create and manage corporate offer letters, yearly contracts, and all necessary business correspondence.
Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels, including networking, events, and direct marketing.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights to management.
Maintain organized and up-to-date files for major accounts and assist in the upkeep of the accounts management system.
Ensure adherence to company sales policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns tailored to target markets.
Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance and service standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews and adjust strategies as necessary to meet changing market conditions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 24 months of post-graduate experience in sales, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Proficient in computer applications, including CRM software, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong command of the English language; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
Work Hours:
Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
