Sales Manager Catering

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Sales & Catering division in SBC.
2. Meet the sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
3. Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio covering all levels of accounts’ managerial and departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity in her/his portfolio of accounts.
4. Ensure the communication and information flow is maintained daily by distributing Banquet Event Orders to all Departments as well as by attending BEO briefings for the Sales & Catering Department, Food & Beverage Operations, and Kitchen Department.
5. Ensure that all incoming requests are handled jointly with the concerned Salesperson and as per the SBC Standards including an active follow-up on sent offers.
6. Satisfy the need of the clients whilst optimizing Hotel revenue through strategic yield management and upselling of hotel facilities and services.
7. Supervise and assist with Banquet Operations before, during, and after events and assure Guest satisfaction throughout the event.
8. Actively ask for Guest feedback during and after the event and encourage the Guest to submit the Guest Satisfaction Survey.
9. Maintain detailed product knowledge of SBC, Kai Beach, Soul Beach, and direct competitors including competition checks.
10. Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.
11. Comply with the hotel environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
12. Responsible for the multiple beach properties (SBC, Soul & Kai), ensuring operational excellence and consistent service quality across all locations.
