Aspire has teamed up with a renowned events organisation in Dubai, UAE, and we are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Manager to become a key part of their high performing sales team.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships, ensuring the success of the organisation's key events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets with a focus on securing exhibition space and sponsorship packages.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to expand the customer base.
  3. Create and implement innovative sales initiatives, including sponsorship and non-space revenue generation.
  4. Conduct market research to stay updated on events industry trends and competitor activities.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure the highest standards for all exhibitions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven expertise in driving revenue growth through selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages, consistently exceeding sales targets in the events and exhibitions industry.
  2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Management, or related fields (preferred).
  4. In-depth knowledge of the events and exhibitions industry, including end-to-end sales management for B2B and B2C events, trade shows, and large-scale conferences.
  5. Experience in the events industry, with a focus on managing sales for exhibitions or conferences.
