Are you passionate about High-Performance Computing (HPC) and IT Hardware Sales? One of our prestigious clients is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead the sales efforts for HPC systems and related IT Hardware Solutions.

If you have a strong background in the IT hardware industry, a deep understanding of HPC solutions, and excellent relationship-building skills, this opportunity is for you. In this role, you will drive business growth, support clients in achieving their technology goals, and contribute to a rapidly expanding sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive the growth of HPC systems and IT hardware sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HPC and IT hardware sector.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners, including key industry decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs for HPC solutions and deliver tailored proposals.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of B2B sales professionals.
  • Set clear objectives and regularly review team performance to achieve targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the sales team.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Generate leads, build a strong pipeline, and secure new business.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address client inquiries with expert solutions and a consultative approach.
  • Meet individual sales targets while enabling the team to achieve collective goals.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics regularly.

Market Expertise & Sales Process Optimization

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and advancements in HPC technologies.
  • Use CRM tools and other technologies to streamline sales workflows and track client interactions.
  • Continuously refine sales strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 6 to 8+ years in sales or business development, specifically within the UAE IT hardware market; experience in HPC sales is a strong advantage.

Skills:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding client portfolios.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HPC solutions, IT hardware, and related technologies.
  • Exceptional networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Other Requirements

  • Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred).
  • Outgoing, results-driven, and customer-focused personality.
