Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive the growth of HPC systems and IT hardware sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HPC and IT hardware sector.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners, including key industry decision-makers.
- Understand client needs for HPC solutions and deliver tailored proposals.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of B2B sales professionals.
- Set clear objectives and regularly review team performance to achieve targets.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the sales team.
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Generate leads, build a strong pipeline, and secure new business.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address client inquiries with expert solutions and a consultative approach.
- Meet individual sales targets while enabling the team to achieve collective goals.
- Deliver impactful presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics regularly.
Market Expertise & Sales Process Optimization
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and advancements in HPC technologies.
- Use CRM tools and other technologies to streamline sales workflows and track client interactions.
- Continuously refine sales strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 6 to 8+ years in sales or business development, specifically within the UAE IT hardware market; experience in HPC sales is a strong advantage.
Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding client portfolios.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HPC solutions, IT hardware, and related technologies.
- Exceptional networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

- Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred).
