Bayut Studios is a property-focused creative services division aimed at revolutionizing real estate marketing for property developers. By providing high-quality photography, videography, virtual tours, and branding services, Bayut Studios will empower real estate developers to showcase their new property development in a more compelling and engaging manner. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the commercial success of Bayut Studios. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within media, content production, advertising, or real estate services. This role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to establish Bayut Studios as the premier real estate content provider in the UAE.
Identify and engage with key stakeholders from UAE property developers, including their creative/marketing teams, to generate business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their content and marketing needs.
Present and promote Bayut Studios' services, including photography, videography, 3D virtual tours, and other media solutions, to potential customers.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and production, to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation, consultative selling, and strategic account management.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
Experience:
4+ years of experience in sales, preferably within media production, digital marketing, real estate services, or advertising.
Minimum 1 year experience within the UAE property sector.
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of creative services within the property sectors (products used, service providers, pricing).
Familiarity with real estate marketing trends, content creation processes, and digital media solutions is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and take ownership of initiatives.
