The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the Aesthetic Injectables sales operations in the assigned territories and implementing sales and promotional strategies through supervising, coaching, and guiding a team of Product Specialists to achieve a set of objectives including sales targets and career development.
Job Responsibilities:
Support Sales team in setting own targets, marketing, and sales programs.
Supervise, lead, direct, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve the overall sales targets and objectives.
Assist the Sales Manager in monitoring, revising, and implementing the sales strategies, objectives, and plans and complete all assigned duties.
Propose important conferences to the marketing department and effectively participate in company events, workshops, and marketing programs.
Oversee and ensure effective implementation of medical education and training programs for sales team and HCPs in assigned territories.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and aesthetic HCPs in designated provinces.
Assist and support sales teams with questions, concerns, and product/service inquiries.
Handle and report sales team relations issues, concerns, and incidents to the Sales Manager.
Communicate and ensure that all subordinates adhere to company policies and procedures.
Report consolidated sales team progress to the sales supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science or any scientific related degree.
5-7 years of sales experience in a medical related field, with a minimum of 3 years in aesthetic injectables.
2-3 years experience in a supervisory role.
Previous experience in fillers market in terms of technical understanding and geography.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
Bilingual (Arabic and English) is a must.
