We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our business in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives in order to increase sales and market share. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a track record of success in sales, and experience leading a team. The position comes with a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Requirements for the Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field
2. 5+ years of proven experience as a Sales Manager
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and set goals and objectives
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers easily
6. Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
7. Knowledge of customer relationship management software (CRM) is desired but not required
