Sales Manager - Dubai

Our growing company is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in the Indian market. This position is suitable for men with Indian nationality, who do not require English language skills, previous experience or company-provided accommodation.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet sales targets
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Indian market
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
5. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
6. Train new employees on product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:

1. Indian nationality preferred
2. Fluent in Hindi or other Indian languages
3. Proven track record of successful sales management
4. Knowledge of the Indian market and cultural norms
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Valid visa allowing employment in the UAE

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary starting from $1800 per month, based on experience and performance.
