We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Sales Operations Manager to support and optimize the hunting business within the telecom sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving new business acquisition, improving sales efficiency, and ensuring smooth operational processes to support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Growth:
Develop and implement sales strategies to identify, engage, and acquire new telecom clients.
Work closely with the sales team to create and track hunting pipelines, ensuring aggressive business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business development strategies.
Sales Operations & Process Optimization:
Oversee and enhance the sales funnel, ensuring lead qualification, conversion, and deal closure efficiency.
Implement best practices for CRM usage, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to measure sales effectiveness.
Streamline sales processes to reduce turnaround times and improve customer acquisition.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product teams, to support sales initiatives.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales and post-sales teams for seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Serve as a liaison between leadership and sales teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
Training & Enablement:
Provide guidance and training to the sales team on sales tools, best practices, and effective hunting techniques.
Develop playbooks, scripts, and other resources to enhance sales efficiency.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in sales operations or business development within the telecom industry.
Strong background in hunting sales, lead generation, and new business acquisition.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
