A prestigious hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a focus on the Leisure segment for the CIS market.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
Manage and execute the hotel's commercial plan within your designated segment.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, and actively seek new business opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, responding proactively to changes.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, key client events, and sales trips as needed.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination across all departments, including F&B, Front Office, and Finance.
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager within a luxury hotel in Dubai, focused on the Leisure segment for the CIS market.
Strong understanding of the Dubai market, including DMCs (Destination Management Companies) and TOs (Tour Operators).
Fluency in Russian is essential.
Salary: Up to AED 17,000 per month, depending on experience.
