Location: Dubai (On-site)

Salary: AED 8,000 - 10,000 per month

Must have a valid UAE driving license

Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales professionals
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline sales operations
• Prepare reports and insights to optimize sales performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and leadership
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Experience in client relationship management
• Proficiency in market analysis and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Relevant real estate certifications/licenses are a plus
