Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
2. Identify and target potential clients in various sectors, establishing strong relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new business development.
4. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
7. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the agency and build connections.
8. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and clients.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a creative agency or related field.
2. Strong understanding of design and the creative process.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
