Sales Manager

We are hiring experienced Sales Managers to join our team. This role offers flexible positioning between our Dubai Sales Suite and Al Zorah, Ajman Sales Offices, based on work requirements set by the company. The role involves achieving sales targets and KPIs, managing direct and broker sales, and representing the company at events and exhibitions.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Manage direct and broker sales.
3. Represent the company at events and exhibitions.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 4–6 years of experience with UAE real estate developers.
2. Proven monthly sales of AED 8M+.
3. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
4. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and MS Office.
5. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
