Job Title: Sales Manager - New Client Acquisition (Used Shoes, Recycling industry or second hand product sales experience is required)

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager with expertise in the trading of second-hand footwear across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the footwear industry, specifically in the second-hand market. This role focuses on new client acquisition, business development, and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the second-hand footwear market.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings, pricing strategies, and sales techniques.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Resolve client concerns and offer tailored solutions to meet their unique business needs.

New Client Acquisition:

  • Actively seek new clients through market research, industry events, and networking.
  • Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Sales Strategy and Lead Generation:

  • Design and implement innovative sales strategies to generate leads and expand the company’s presence in the second-hand footwear sector.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to uncover growth opportunities.

Business Awareness & Marketing:

  • Promote awareness of the company’s products and services through marketing campaigns, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that increase brand visibility within the industry.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Experience from Lebanon is required.
  • Experience in the footwear and second-hand product industries.
  • Used Shoes, Recycling industry or second hand product sales experience is required
  • Proven sales and business development experience, especially in the second-hand market.
  • Strong negotiation, closing skills, and ability to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in market analysis, pricing strategies, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary range: AED 15,000–AED 20,000
