Sales Manager

Position: PowerJet Sales Manager

Location: U2-005 Sharjah, U.A.E

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the injection molding machine industry, with a proven track record in sales and a robust network of industry contacts. This position involves traveling across the Gulf region to develop client relationships and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the Gulf region, including UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and other neighboring countries.
2. Conduct client visits to understand their requirements and present appropriate solutions.
3. Prepare and deliver accurate quotations for injection molding machines and turnkey project solutions.
4. Achieve sales targets by effectively selling injection molding machines and associated products.
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
6. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the injection molding machine industry.
2. Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated history of achieving sales targets.
3. Established network of industry contacts and potential clients.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
6. Willingness to travel extensively across the Gulf region.
