The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Developing strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
Marketing properties available for sale or lease.
Organizing viewings and responding to queries.
Managing all aspects of tenancy and lease management, including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals, and terminations.
Administering lease compliance and documentation.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 3 years of experience in a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
You are an effective mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
