Job description

- Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in line with market trends and organizational objectives.
  • Analyze and assess local real estate trends and market conditions to identify business growth opportunities.

- Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales, setting individual sales targets and ensuring the team meets collective goals.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve the team’s understanding of market strategies, customer relation tools, and sales techniques.

- Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Oversee client interactions to ensure the highest levels of service, responding to inquiries and managing client expectations throughout the sales process.

- Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitive market research to keep abreast of competitors’ offerings, pricing strategies, and service standards.
  • Identify and report on emerging trends that could affect the company’s market share, and propose strategies to address these.

- Sales Operations Management

  • Oversee the sales operations, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer follow-up, and pipeline management.
  • Ensure all sales activities are recorded in the system, providing accurate reporting and sales forecasts for senior management.

- Coordination with Other Departments

  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and compliance with UAE regulations.

- Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and present sales reports, analyses, and forecasts to the senior management team.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE’s real estate regulations and industry standards, including RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) policies.

- Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and RERA guidelines.

- Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (a master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the UAE market.

Salary Bracket: AED 6,000-AED 8,000 plus commission as per companies policy.
