As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients in the Indian market. Your main goal will be to increase company revenue through successful sales strategies and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target the Indian market
Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth in the Indian market
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and projections
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote our products/services
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
Excellent understanding of Indian culture, business practices, and customer behavior
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
Salary: 1100$ per month
Location: Sharjah (no English required)
