Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in secondary property sales.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales of pre-owned properties.
  • Mentor, train, and motivate the team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely updates and reporting on market trends, competition, and team performance.
  • Drive effective marketing strategies to promote secondary property listings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Dubai's secondary property market.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and guiding a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate regulations, market trends, and property listings.
  • An existing team of agents specializing in secondary properties is required.
  • RERA certification is preferred.
