Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in secondary property sales.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales of pre-owned properties.
- Mentor, train, and motivate the team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure timely updates and reporting on market trends, competition, and team performance.
- Drive effective marketing strategies to promote secondary property listings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Dubai's secondary property market.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and guiding a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate regulations, market trends, and property listings.
- An existing team of agents specializing in secondary properties is required.
- RERA certification is preferred.
