Sales Manager

We’re hiring a Sales Manager for a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionizing how SMEs in the Middle East manage their finances — from invoicing and payroll to VAT and expense claims.

Location: Dubai

Experience: 5–7 years in B2B Sales / Business Development / Account Management

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients in Saudi Arabia and the UAE
• Identify new business opportunities and drive consistent sales growth
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer success
• Consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in B2B sales, with 5–7 years of experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building capabilities, particularly in the SME space
• Ability to thrive independently and within a team
• SaaS sales experience and/or experience working with accounting firms in MENA is a plus!
