Identify and target potential clients for One&Only Royal Mirage.
Meeting the targets for designated accounts/markets.
Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy and plan of action related to own segment.
Proactively pursue leads and negotiate contracts, rates, and terms to ensure profitability while meeting the needs of clients and ensure all written communication is presented professionally.
Monitor and feedback competitors' activities and respond to them appropriately.
Continuously source new business through research and market intelligence.
Continuously assess market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Execute meetings, calls, entertainments, and site inspections, demonstrating excellent product knowledge of the resort and its unique offerings and features, and being the ambassador of the brand.
Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and visits.
Maintain high profile network across designated area of coverage, actively prospect and hunt new business opportunities.
Understand clients' needs and preferences, respond to email and telephonic enquiries within the brand standards time, ensuring that the client receives a tailored proposal to suit their needs.
Assist and introduce the sales and marketing teams to area of coverage/responsibility and identify customer group when requested.
Act as the main point of contact for each assigned account/market, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Produce and implement an account development plan for each key account to achieve maximum revenue in both short and long term.
Oversee the planning and logistics of group and event bookings, ensuring all requirements are met.
To assist fellow colleagues where possible (as requested/required) to ensure operational and customer service requirements are achieved at all times.
To assist with any other duties as required by the Sales & Marketing Director.
Skills, Competencies and Requirements:
Preferably with 5 years experience in a luxury hotel environment.
Diploma or Qualification in Hospitality Management.
Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
