Job Description:

Eden Yachting is a boutique yacht brokerage company established in 2009 and based in Dubai, UAE. We specialise in the sale of new and pre-owned sailing yachts and catamarans to an expatriate and local clientele who expect a professional service. We are passionate about our business as well as knowledgeable about sailing yachts and have built a solid reputation over the years based on our impeccable customer service and attention to detail.

We are now looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager who will be reporting to the Managing Director on day-to-day operations, new leads, sales targets, forecasts and market analysis. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling, negotiating and closing deals, ideally within the yachting industry, as well as being charismatic and a natural relationship builder.

Requirements:

1. University graduate
2. At least 5 years sales experience in the yachting industry or luxury goods sector
3. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
4. Must have a driving licence and provide own transport
5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, highly organized, ability to work under pressure
6. Flexible working hours, sometimes at weekends
7. Knowledge of some of the top yachting destinations (particularly within the Mediterranean)
