Measured activities relating to specific sales KPIs.
Management and development of key contractors, clients, and distributors.
Project tracking through to conversion success.
Achievement of sales targets relative to business planning.
Strategic management of major projects in support of the country team.
Recording of all activities via Salesforce CRM system.
Management of distributor relationships in line with business goals and objectives.
Profile
Experience in a fixtures and anchoring solutions environment.
Minimum 5 years' industry exposure of working with contractors, clients, and distributors.
Negotiation skills.
Good communication skills.
