Job description
Role Purpose

Driving sales on a list of accounts and develop customer intimacy with existing and new customers.

Be the voice of the customer.

Operate as an integrated member of the Sales function to maximize growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you own and are accountable for sales for a list of Accounts.

  1. Participate in defining the sales development strategy for the accounts you are in charge of.
  2. Implement and execute relevant actions intended for meeting the sales objectives defined, including yearly sales budget targets.
  3. Understand full customer requirements, collaborate and align with other internal departments.
  4. Prepare commercial offers as needed.
  5. Develop customer intimacy and ensure daily interface with your accounts.
  6. Track and report new project opportunities.
  7. Establish short and long-term forecasts as needed for the regular tracking of the activity.

Roll out BU campaigns on these accounts.

  1. Participate in defining the strategies for these accounts.
  2. Determine potential customers and key stakeholders.
  3. Organize promotion plans.
  4. Manage it in close cooperation with Technical-Sales support.

Operate as an integrated member of the Sales team to maximize growth.

Qualifications and Experience
  1. Strong technical background (BSc. or MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Aerospace Industry, with a focus on technical selling.
  2. Understanding of market and strong customer orientation.
  3. Able to build trust and maintain relationships at all levels.
  4. Excellent negotiation skills, customer prospection.
  5. Knowledge of sales processes, forecasting, and planning.
  6. Ability to travel and visit customers.
