Sales Manager

· Manage the Medical representative team within the area assigned to him/her.

· Leads and manages the medical representative team assigned to him within the designated territory and ensure that all daily visits and timely stock replenishments are completed.

· Negotiate agreements with clients and develop new opportunities.

· Maintain good customer relations and achieve targets set within the assigned territory.

· Conduct marketing activities like RTM and group meetings with doctors in key accounts to spread product awareness.

· Hire, train, and develop new employees in the team.

· Provide and arrange medical/skill training sessions to develop a successful team.

· Forecast sales, analyze business opportunities, and monitor development and marketing trends.

· List new products in key account customers.

· Identify new opportunities in the market.

· Negotiate agreements and maintain good customer relationships.

· Present regular market feedback and recommendations.

· Properly manage the covered area to ensure excellent service and performance, ensuring that each principle in the pharma division for Key Account is satisfactorily displayed.

· Submit regular reports as per requirement.

· Operate within the company's standards and procedures.

· Responsible for the team including KAM, Product Specialist, and Medical Representative.

· Authorized to perform other duties related to his/her position.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field.

· 8+ years of relevant experience.

· Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

· UAE Driving License.

· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.

· Proven experience in key account management.
