As a sales manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department, managing a team of real estate agents, and driving the achievement of sales targets. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and expand our market presence.

Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, develop sales strategies, and implement effective sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging teamwork and a customer-centric approach to real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers and sellers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitors to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Handle complex negotiations and transactions, assisting agents with challenging deals and providing guidance when necessary.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with the local real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new real estate agents.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; real estate license is required.

Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Leadership and coaching abilities to inspire and motivate a team.
