Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Targets - Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through direct clients and broker networks.
- Client Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors.
- Lead Conversion - Effectively handle and close direct leads provided by the company.
- Broker Network Management - Develop and manage relationships with real estate agencies to drive indirect sales.
- Market Representation - Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to attract potential buyers.
- CRM & Reporting - Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and generate reports.
- Product Knowledge & Presentations - Deliver engaging sales presentations and provide expert knowledge on luxury waterfront properties.
The Successful Applicant
- Experienced & Target-Driven - 4-6 years of UAE real estate experience, with a proven track record of achieving AED 8M+ in monthly sales.
- Sales Expertise - Strong ability to close direct sales leads and manage broker networks effectively.
- Luxury Real Estate Background - Prior experience in selling high-end apartments, villas, or waterfront properties.
- Strong Communicator & Presenter - Confident, engaging, and persuasive, with excellent presentation skills.
- Multilingual Advantage - Fluent in English; additional languages like Arabic, French, German, Russian, or Hindi/Urdu are a plus.
- Well-Connected & Approachable - Charismatic personality with a network of brokers and HNW clients.
- Technical Skills - Proficient in Salesforce CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, and professional email communication.
- Valid UAE Driving License - Must have a UAE driving license for client meetings and property viewings.
