Job Description:

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion;
  2. Design and implement sales incentive programs to drive motivation and enhance team performance;
  3. Define and implement pricing structures, discount frameworks, and promotional strategies to enhance profitability, attract customers, and maintain a competitive edge in the market;
  4. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to enhance brand presence and generate business opportunities;
  5. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and business development;
  6. Lead contract negotiations and deal closures, ensuring terms align with OTO's objectives and customer expectations;
  7. Conduct competitor benchmarking to stay ahead in the industry, identifying key differentiators and unique value propositions;
  8. Ensure seamless execution and optimization of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale account management, while enhancing efficiency, improving conversion rates, and reducing the sales cycle time;
  9. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities;
  10. Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, recommending areas for improvement;
  11. Oversee the sales pipeline and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy in revenue projections and proactive decision-making;
  12. Leverage CRM systems and sales automation tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and generate actionable insights;
  13. Ensure a data-driven approach to sales by utilizing analytics to track performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and drive informed decision-making;
  14. Drive new business development initiatives, including prospecting, lead generation, and strategic partnerships;
  15. Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets;
  16. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership;
  17. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals, providing coaching, and ensuring continuous professional development;
  18. Organize sales training and coaching programs to upskill the team and improve overall effectiveness;
  19. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to align sales efforts with business objectives;
  20. Ensure adherence to OTO's policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices;
  21. Establish a high-performing sales team by identifying, recruiting, and developing top talent, ensuring the right mix of skills and expertise to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives;
  22. Any other duties as required by management.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in Sales within SaaS & logistics industries.

It will be considered a big plus if you have international experience or previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups.
