Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and ensure the implementation of a Sales Process for all sales employees, from prospecting to follow-up, in cooperation with the Marketing Executive.
  • Adhere to company sales policies and procedures, ensuring strict compliance by subordinates.
  • Manage and motivate sales employees, providing coaching and guidance to close deals within the authority matrix set by the Brand Manager.
  • Continuously update vehicle USPs in stock and train sales employees to present them effectively.
  • Evaluate competitors product offerings by sending sales employees to competitors showrooms to collect information monthly.
  • Assist the Brand Manager in the car ordering process, including model specifications and volume planning.
  • Coordinate the display of new cars and promotional materials in the showroom, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate the performance of employees under supervision and provide unbiased reports to the Brand Manager.
  • Identify training requirements for employees and coordinate with the Administration & HR Department.
  • Report daily to the Brand Manager on sales activities, including KPIs like showroom traffic, prospecting, demo ratio, closure rates, stock reports, and campaign suggestions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Executive on all marketing activities.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Brand Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in a high-profile car sales environment.
  • Skills & Abilities: Fluency in Arabic and English is desirable, with strong computer literacy and leadership skills.
