Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our medical services in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically within the medical or cosmetic fields, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, creating go-to-market plans for surgical procedures, and increasing surgery conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales strategies tailored to medical services, ensuring business objectives and revenue growth targets are met.
• Go-To-Market Strategy Execution: Design and implement go-to-market strategies for surgical procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
• Drive Bookings and Conversion Rates: Work to increase new bookings and drive surgery conversion rates, ensuring the services offered meet customer needs and expectations.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and personalized support.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Regularly track and analyze performance metrics, preparing reports to assess the effectiveness of sales activities and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to Market Expansion: Play an active role in the company's growth in the Dubai market, ensuring that all sales activities align with overall business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, with a proven track record in sales, ideally in the medical, healthcare, or cosmetic industry.
• Language Proficiency: Business-level English proficiency is essential.
• Health Tourism Knowledge: Strongly preferred experience in health tourism.
• Additional Language Skills: Proficiency in Russian, Italian, or Indian languages is highly valued.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional intercultural communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and teams.
• Market Understanding: Deep understanding of the medical market, particularly in the UAE and Dubai.
