- Achievement of monthly and quarterly value and volume targets as per the company policies.

Responsibilities:
The Real Estate Project Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate projects to potential buyers and investors. This role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, conducting property tours, and closing sales transactions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
- Adept in cold calling and lead follow-up.
- Actively seek out potential buyers and investors for our real estate projects.
- Provide information about properties, prices, terms of sales, and other relevant information to prospective clients.
- Conduct property tours and showcase the features and benefits of the projects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate terms of sale and prepare sales agreements in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote properties through various channels.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitors' activities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Should have worked extensively on CRM and/or MS Office.
Work Experience
Minimum 2 - 3 years with a proven track record as a Sales Agent or Sales broker in a reputed real estate company.
Education
Minimum High School
Skills, Capabilities and Languages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Knowledge of working on computers, especially MS Office Suite.
