Sales Manager - Dubai

Our fast-growing company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales goals
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients
4. Identify new business opportunities
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities
6. Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance
7. Conduct regular performance evaluations for the team

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar role
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4. Strong leadership abilities
5. Knowledge of market trends and competitors in the industry

Salary: $1500 per month
