7. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the agency and build connections.
8. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and clients.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a creative agency or related field.
2. Strong understanding of design and the creative process.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
