Sales Manager - Dubai (Pakistani/Egyptian preferred)

We are a rapidly growing company in the heart of Dubai, and we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Pakistani or Egyptian national with strong English communication skills to take their career to the next level.

As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve them. You will also be in charge of identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts.

To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the sales process. You should also possess excellent leadership skills, as you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team towards success.

This is a full-time position with no experience required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role. In addition, we offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies

6. Analyze data to track performance and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
3. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and processes
4. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
5. Fluent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
6. Pakistani or Egyptian nationality preferred
7. Own visa and valid UAE driver’s license is a plus
